The Director of Corporate Client Success is responsible for all aspects of the company's sales policies, strategies, objectives and initiatives for the Commercial Office market. 

This position is responsible for leading Client Success Teams to ensure company sales volume targets of products and services and services are in alignment with company's goals and objectives.  In addition, the Director of Corporate Client Success is responsible for building Teams' level of collaboration with clients and key influencers while enforcing DeKalb brand.  Key client relationships are maintained and the development and implementation of strategies for expanding the company's client base is crucial in this role.  Concentration in strategy development for the Corporate Market, both for retention of existing clients and development/onboarding of new clients. Sales incentive and reward plans are understood and communicated to Corporate Teams/Team members.  This role is responsible for ensuring training, performance management, coaching and development takes place for all Client Success Teams.  This role is responsible for leading teams in design thinking and exceptional program execution throughout the client experience to ensure value based pricing, communication excellence, and employee retention.
